No payment card or automatic renewal. Reveal service plans are separate. Current processing limits apply, including the shared daily buck/doe classification allowance; uncertain tags stay Deer. These features are available in the current free release too; the study records your 12-month Plus entitlement. It does not promise unlimited processing or additional unshipped features.
We are testing forecasts, not guaranteeing sightings. Your cameras are private; a study invitation does not share their photos with the inviter.

Bring your buddies
Each buddy can receive their own 12 months of Plus by joining, agreeing to the study terms, and importing photos from their own authorized camera account. They can invite their buddies too. No extra months are stacked for referrals. The initial pilot has 50 places.
These links enroll people in the study. Use Sharing separately if you want to grant access to your private cameras.
Research contribution agreement

What you contribute. For each collection you enroll, you authorize Hollon to retain and use its existing and future imported photos and associated camera data: capture times, species and sex labels, your tag corrections, camera identifiers and names, property coordinates and time zone, available operational metadata, weather inputs, and prediction outcomes. Photos can contain people, vehicles, and embedded location information. Do not enroll a collection you lack authority to contribute.
Permission and retention. You retain ownership. You voluntarily grant Hollon a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free license to store, copy, analyze, annotate, and use contributed data to develop, train, evaluate, and improve Hollon's models and services, including commercial services. Already contributed data may be retained indefinitely. This permission is not a public photo-sharing or advertising permission. Raw data is restricted to authorized Hollon personnel and processors; training datasets should remove account contact details and replace identifiers, but source photos and precise locations are not anonymous. Sign-in secrets, passwords, and payment information are excluded from research contributions.
Your choices. Participation is optional. You can stop future contributions per collection here without disconnecting cameras or losing Plus already earned. Stopping does not automatically revoke this license for data already contributed, delete retained research copies, or reverse models trained from them. For deletion and privacy-rights requests, contact rosserly@gmail.com; applicable legal rights still apply. Ordinary account data remains subject to our privacy information.
Your 12 months. The entitlement begins when a consenting collection has a completed successful Reveal import containing at least one photo. One grant per participant, not per camera or buddy. After the grant expires, no payment is taken automatically. Buddies qualify separately; sharing a collection alone does not qualify them. Enrollment may close when the pilot fills. Research data collection does not mean an improved prediction model is already proven or deployed.
